The 2025 Summer Twilight Concert Series is entering its final stretch, and tonight’s show promises to keep the momentum strong as Ryan Hernandez & Friends take the stage at the Zittel Family Amphitheater in Historic Folsom. The free outdoor concert runs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., and is expected to deliver a lively night of music for fans of all ages.
Led by celebrated guitarist and frontman Ryan Hernandez, this versatile band is known for its wide-ranging style, blending rock, funk, soul, and pop into one seamless, high-energy performance. Featuring a rotating cast of multi-instrumentalists and professional musicians, Ryan Hernandez & Friends are veterans of Northern California’s live music and private event scene, bringing precision, personality, and polish to every show.
Whether it’s a smooth groove or an all-out jam, the band’s musical dexterity and stage presence create an engaging experience from start to finish. Their ability to cross genres and blend eras makes them a favorite among diverse audiences, and tonight’s concert is sure to reflect that versatility.
The show is part of the Folsom Historic District Association’s ongoing Summer Twilight Concert Series, a cherished tradition that continues every Thursday evening through August 28. Guests are encouraged to bring low back lawn chairs and enjoy the music from the grassy amphitheater space. Beer and wine are available for purchase on site, and nearby Historic District restaurants provide pre-show dining options and post-show treats.
With just two more concerts to go after tonight, the series will continue with Tom Rigney and Flambeau on August 14 and close out with the Ariel Jean Band on August 28.
All Twilight Concert Series performances are free to attend, thanks to support from generous local sponsors. Free parking is available in the Historic District Parking Garage at 905 Leidesdorff Street.
