Miner’s Leap Winery hosts Nashville songwriters over five months and showcases Folsom based charity, first responders

A unique spring and summer music series is kicking of this week near the delta region that not only brings some of Nashville’s top songwriters to the stage, but shine a spotlight on one of Folsom’s well known charitable organizations that assists first responders.

It’s the popular Sac Song and Wine Series that is returning to the scenic outdoor concert stage of Miner’s Leap Winery located in Clarksburg. The five event series will stretch from May into October starting this Friday. This year, the series is highlighting the non-profit Hearts 4 Heroes organization. The Folsom based charity provides emotional support dogs to various first responder agencies, including local fire and police departments across the region.

The series will take place once a month on Friday evenings as the signed Nashville songwriters take to the stage to share their work and the stories behind some of country’s biggest hits, before the beautiful vineyard backdrop of Miner’s Leap Winery.

The series will include Hometown Heroes Segments throughout the run, raising awareness for first responders alongside Hearts 4 Heroes USA and the work they do serving the mental health and wellness of first responders.

The first show this Friday will feature songwriters Lee Thomas Miller and Wendell Mobley performing. Future shows will include performances by Scooter Carusoe, JT Harding, D. Vincent Williams, Sarah Buxton, Eric Paslay, Jay Allen, Chris Lindsey and Aimee Mayo.  Limited tickets for lawn seating are still available for Friday night and start at $55. Other levels of tickets are also available throughout the series. The events begin at 5:30 p.m. for VIP ticket holders and 6 p.m. for all others. For more information on tickets, click here
