Historic Folsom’s Powerhouse Pub enters week two of the new year with another solid line up of live music for the weekend ahead. Four different bands will take the stage over three days, featuring classic rock, 90s hits, dance floor favorites, and a well known blues artist starting Friday evening and continues through Sunday afternoon.

The weekend kicks off on Friday at 7 p.m. with Rhythm Vandals, a band known for their dynamic performances of classic rock, blues, and Southern rock. With searing dual guitar solos and soulful vocals, Rhythm Vandals bring a unique energy to their live shows that’s not to be missed. Admission is for ages 21 and over.

Later that evening at 10 p.m., Superbad takes the stage to light up the night with their infectious energy. Headed by six-foot-six bandleader Henry Lange, Superbad performs a variety of styles ranging from the 70s to today. Known for filling dance floors across Northern California, their engaging stage presence and pizzazz guarantee an unforgettable night of entertainment. Admission is for ages 21 and over.

Saturday’s entertainment begins at 3 p.m. with the Saturday Afternoon Dance Party, featuring Under The Bus, a Folsom-based 90s rock cover band. With a setlist that includes hits from Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, and other 90s icons, the band’s high-energy performance is perfect for fans of the decade’s unforgettable music. Admission is for ages 21 and over.

The 8 Track Massacre Band

At 10 p.m., 8 Track Massacre takes over with their danceable, high-energy set. Comprised of seasoned musicians, the band delivers hits spanning decades, focusing on songs guaranteed to get the crowd moving and singing along. Their passion for live performance shines through, making for an exhilarating night. Admission is for ages 21 and over.

Blues Artist AC Myles

The weekend wraps up on Sunday at 3 p.m. with Powerhouse of Blues, starring AC Myles. A dynamic artist blending the styles of Joe Walsh, Johnny Winter, and Elvin Bishop, Myles is known for his electrifying guitar work and soulful vocals. With a setlist that includes originals and classic blues, southern rock, and soul, Myles delivers a performance that’s both entertaining and unforgettable. Admission is for ages 21 and over.
