23rd annual event is key fundraiser for Folsom High Music Boosters program
The countdown is on! This Friday, the 23rd annual Folsom Wine and Jazz event will fill Historic Folsom with toe-tapping great times, delightful wine tasting, and incredible live music—all for a great cause. Presented by the Folsom High School Music Boosters, this beloved community tradition will take place from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Zittel Family Amphitheater.
There’s still time to get your tickets and be part of one of Folsom’s most anticipated springtime events. Join friends, neighbors, and supporters of music education for a relaxing evening under the stars, featuring performances by Folsom High School’s award-winning jazz bands and jazz choir, led by Director Gaw Vang Williams. Sip wine from regional wineries, sample small bites from local restaurants, and take part in the silent auction—all to benefit Folsom’s future music makers.
“We are excited to have the Folsom High School Jazz event back in Historic Folsom for another year,” said Judy Collinsworth, executive director for the Folsom Historic District Association. “This event creates a fun energy here, all for a great cause, and it brings a great group of visitors to enjoy the district before and after.”
Tickets are still available for this Friday’s event and can be purchased for $60 HERE. The event is open to guests 21 and over.
By attending, you’ll not only enjoy a fantastic night of music and merriment, but you’ll also help ensure the continued excellence of Folsom High School’s celebrated music programs. The Folsom High School Music Boosters, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been supporting these programs for over two decades through fundraising and volunteer efforts at community events, parades, football games, and music festivals.
