Get ready for live music, food, and summer fun as the City of Folsom’s popular “Summer of Music” Concert Series returns to Folsom City Lions Park next month.
The free, family-friendly concerts kick off June 13 and continue every other Thursday evening through July 25, bringing top local bands to the stage and offering a festive atmosphere filled with food trucks, vendors, and community camaraderie.
This year’s lineup promises a lively mix of genres, including dance hits, throwback favorites, and soulful grooves. Kicking things off on June 13 will be Adam Aldama & the Aces, known for their high-energy blend of rock and dance music. The series continues on June 27 with Modern Relics, who bring an 80s cover and new wave vibe to the park.
On July 11, the always-popular Superbad the Band will get the crowd moving with top 40 favorites from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. The concert season wraps up on July 25 with Clean Slate, a group that delivers smooth R&B sounds with style.
All concerts take place at Folsom City Lions Park, located at 403 Stafford Street, and begin in the evening. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and the whole family to enjoy the outdoor summer shows. Food trucks and local vendors will be on site at each event, offering a variety of dining and shopping options, with specific trucks to be announced closer to each date.
Whether you’re looking to dance the night away or simply relax under the stars with good music and great company, Folsom’s Summer of Music series is the perfect way to enjoy summer in the city.
