New subscription packages, blockbuster titles, and an add-on comedy promise a dazzling year of live theater

The stage is set for a year of International Broadway Tour theater in Folsom, as the Harris Center for the Arts officially unveiled its 2025–2026 Broadway Series this week—featuring six high-profile productions that promise to thrill, entertain, and inspire audiences throughout the season.

From holiday magic to classic razzle-dazzle and one-liners galore, the new Broadway Series will bring a range of big-name productions to local audiences, with something for every taste. The season opens in festive fashion as Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical kicks things off November 6–9, 2025. Folsom audiences will then be treated to the sultry jazz and high drama of Chicago from November 18–23, 2025.

The new year continues with a powerful tribute to the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll herself, TINA: The Tina Turner Musical, January 15–18, 2026, followed by the nine-time Tony Award®-winning hit The Book of Mormon, making its way to Folsom February 17–22, 2026.

Rounding out the main subscription season is the comedic murder mystery Clue, a stage adaptation of the beloved film and board game, set to play March 5–8, 2026.

As a special bonus for theater fans, Mrs. Doubtfire joins the lineup as an optional add-on, running May 22–24, 2026. This heartfelt, high-energy comedy delivers laughs and emotion in a musical version of the beloved Robin Williams classic.

With demand for Broadway growing in the region, the Harris Center is also rolling out a revamped subscription system to better serve its patrons. This year, ticket buyers can choose from five different subscription packages—Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday matinee, Saturday night, and Sunday matinee options—offering more flexibility and convenience than ever before.

Subscription renewals are available now through June 2 by calling the Harris Center Box Office at 916-608-6888. New subscription requests open June 10 and will be processed in the order they are received. Those interested in securing the best seats at the best prices—starting as low as $60 per show—are encouraged to act early.

The Harris Center team notes that individual ticket sale dates are still to be announced, but members will enjoy a special presale period before the general public.
