Red Hawk Resort Casino keeps the live music calendar rolling this weekend with two nights of free entertainment at the Stage Bar, pairing timeless country favorites on Friday with a high-energy, genre-spanning party on Saturday night.
Friday night is all about boots, harmonies and classic country hits as Lynsey’s Prime Country takes the stage from 8 p.m. until midnight. Based in the Sacramento and Folsom region, the rising band has built a strong local following for its faithful renditions of the biggest country songs from the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s. With previous performances at Red Hawk drawing packed crowds, Lynsey’s Prime Country continues to deliver the kind of authentic country sound that resonates with longtime fans of the genre.
Known for tight harmonies and an unmistakable country feel, the band’s setlists are filled with singalong favorites from artists such as Alabama, George Strait, Shania Twain and Brooks & Dunn. Saturday night shifts gears as The Wayside takes over the Stage Bar from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m., bringing a high-energy performance that blends music across decades and genres into one nonstop party. Known for their wide-ranging setlists, The Wayside moves effortlessly from rock and pop to hip-hop and country, creating a musical experience designed to keep the crowd on its feet all night long.
Their song selections span everything from Van Halen and Def Leppard to The Cure, Eric Church, House of Pain and even Backstreet Boys.
