Do the moms in your family have a liking for the music of Elton John?  If the yes is the answer, then El Dorado Hills Town Center has just the event to celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday as Kenny Metcalf brings his tribute to the Grand Poobah of rock and roll.

It’s the Rockin’ the Boulevard Mother’s Day Charity concert, a brand new event to the Steven Young Amphitheater and a prelude to El Dorado Hills Town Center’s Thursday concert series that begins next month. The event is free for all to attend, but is raising funds by means of suggested donations that will benefit Women’s Fund El Dorado. Contributions will directly support the invaluable work of this organization, funding programs in El Dorado County for basic human needs, poverty, women, children and more.

Fans who love Elton John will adore Kenny Metcalf, according to his musical bio. He is known for his full length shows, Elton the Early Years by Kenny Metcalf, which has played numerous high profile venues.

The hits sound magical and perfect from “Benny and the Jets” to “Rocket Man” to “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.”
