The weekly live music series at Red Hawk Resort Casino welcomes a pair of venue favorites back to the casino stage bar this Friday and Saturday night. On Friday, the Freshmakers bring their energetic vibes the to stage bar followed by the popular the country talents of Flat Busted on Saturday night.
The Freshmakers are bannered as a high-energy party band, who specialize in delivering electrifying shows that cater to diverse musical tastes. From the latest chart-toppers to beloved classics from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, this band clams they have everyone in their audience covered with a, “dynamic repertoire that will keep the dance floor packed and the atmosphere buzzing.” Red Hawk guests can be prepared to dance into the night Friday as this band makes its 2024 debut at the stage bar. The Freshmakers perform on Friday from 8 p.m. until midnight.
On Saturday, the stage bar saddles up with country as the genre with Flat Busted taking the stage. The Saturday night show begins at 10 p.m. and continues until 2 a.m. for all of those that want boot, scoot or boogie their way right into Sunday.
Brian McPherson and Flat Busted are a modern country band that have played shows all over California, Nevada, and Oregon for over a decade. Playing casinos, event centers, amphitheaters, fairs, rodeos, private events, wineries, clubs, and many other venues. Known for using a headset microphone to mix it up with the crowd, McPherson is labeled as a consummate entertainer who always brings it and puts on a great show.

McPherson cite he was born into a music loving family, listening to everything from Prince to Waylon Jennings. Music was in his blood but not in his soul, until he saw Garth Brooks in concert in 1995. From that, he found his calling! At the age of twenty-one, finally old enough to get into a bar, Brian and his brother began a country music duo, The McPherson Brothers. Playing local bars in Sacramento to casinos, night clubs as well as campgrounds and more throughout Nevada, Oregon and all over California to whoever would listen. From that evolved Flat Busted.
